  • The technology meets manufacturers where they are currently at, rather than requiring new metering or instrumentation. The technology advises the technical staff to significant unknown or unexpected energy consumption within the context of the production runs across the facility
  • We are actively working with several clients to help determine when and where unexpected or unknown energy losses are occurring in the manufacturing process.  Estimated savings across the industry exceed $2Bn. The traditional approach to detect losses has been to install energy meters near as many energy consumers as possible. However, this approach is very costly and requires a major investment just to get started, which results in many projects being partially implemented or never getting started.  Even when a metering strategy is fully implemented, there is a limited awareness about how to assemble the data and understand how much energy should be consumed and where it should be consumed. As a result, many manufacturers lack the experience and methodology to gain and sustain the benefits from energy management projects, leading to reduced long term results and limited focus on energy management.
